Our Personal Fitness Programs


PERSONAL TRAINING

Each one hour training session includes personalized workouts for your body type using specific exercises that will help enhance your shape and get you the results youÕve always wanted. Get fit, get results and have fun!

PARTNER TRAINING

Share your enthusiasm by working out with your friend, co-worker or significant other. Keep each other motivated and accountable!

GROUP TRAINING

Group training is one of our most popular programs. Our groups of 3-6 people have a fast, energetic and "get things done attitude". Great for a few friends, co-workers or we can add you to an existing group.

KIDS TRAINING & YOUNG TEENS (AGES 8-18)

Personal training that is designed with younger bodies in mind. We use fun ways to teach kids and teens the value of taking care of their bodies and help them learn strength-training safely.

Men's and Women's Prayer and Fitness

Michael and Stacy Rae are Christians who believe that they've been called to help other believers get fit not only in the body but in the Spirit. We encourage and invite all believers to come experience a Spirit-filled workout with other believers! Fellowship, Prayer and Working out is our gift back to Him!

CORPORATE FITNESS PROGRAMS

In house or on location, we will design and implement a full service fitness routine for any business, church or organization. Research shows that employees who exercise regularly are more productive and take less sick days. We have the tools to help you jump start your employees to living healthier.

SENIOR STRENGTH PROGRAM

As we age, we lose valuable muscle, coordination and balance and we gain body fat. Working with a trainer can reverse these affects. Strength training can maintain and improve these vital abilities, help to gain muscle tissue and lose body fat. We help you improve balance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and coordination. ItÕs never too late to start a fitness program.

PREGNANCY FITNESS PROGRAMS

Stacy Rae has given birth to three boys and knows first-hand how to stay fit through pregnancy. She will educate and encourage you as you go through this amazing time in your life. It has been proven that a safe and effective fitness program through all phases of pregnancy can improve your labor, your recovery and your child's life.

FIT IN RECOVERY

Michael's experience, strength and hope shapes our Fit in Recovery program. Michael knows first-hand how to help and empower others to get and stay healthy in their recovery. Michael has been clean and sober since February 1st 1999 and has been blessed to help hundreds get and maintain a better way of life through their physical fitness. Michael has been called to give back what has freely been given to him and he feels magic happen when people in recovery workout together.
